Hydraulic valve repair kit by GMOVE. This product is designed to regenerate the Main Relief Valves (MRV) and Auxiliary Relief Valves (ARV) located within the hydraulic control blocks of JCB machines. These seals play a critical role in maintaining the correct hydraulic pressure within the machine's system. Manufactured from high-quality polymers and NBR rubber, they are highly resistant to pressure spikes. Replacing this kit effectively resolves issues like "spongy hydraulics," oil overheating, or lack of lifting power by eliminating internal fluid bypass within the valve block.

Technical Advice: The failure of pressure valve seals in the control block is a common, yet sometimes hard to diagnose, issue. Ensure a completely sterile environment when replacing these seals – even microscopic contaminants (e.g., metal filings) can scratch the newly installed seals or the valve seat itself. Because these seals are constantly exposed to high-pressure oil flow, it is imperative to gently insert the assembled valve back into the block housing, making sure that the back-up ring is not sheared off by the edge of the bore. Always verify the operating pressure of the control block using a pressure gauge after completing the repair.
