Technical Advice: Before installing the seals, ensure that the valve seat and the ARV valve itself are perfectly clean and free of scratches. Even microscopic contamination can cut a new seal during valve installation into the control block. Remember to lightly lubricate the seals with clean hydraulic oil before seating. We also recommend checking the section pressure after installation to ensure the valve is operating within the correct working range.
