1/2" BSP Dowty Seal (Bonded Washer) - AZERI PARTS

Dowty-type bonded seal. Manufacturer: AZERI PARTS. This is a standard sealing element used in the hydraulic and fuel systems of most JCB machines. It combines the rigidity of a metal outer ring with the flexibility of an internal rubber lip, allowing for total leak-tightness of threaded connections at high operating pressures.

Technical Features:

  • Self-centering Design: The internal rubber lip is precisely dimensioned for a 1/2" BSP thread, which facilitates installation and prevents the seal from shifting relative to the connector axis.
  • Pressure Resistance: The metal outer ring prevents excessive flattening and extrusion of the rubber even at very high tightening torques and pressure pulsations within the hydraulic system.
  • Versatility: The rubber compound (NBR) is characterized by full compatibility with hydraulic oils, diesel fuel, and mineral greases.
