JCB Idler Wheel Shaft 25x136mm - AZERI PARTS 231/60303

Idler wheel shaft by AZERI PARTS designed for JCB light equipment and mini excavators. This is a track system component that guides and stabilizes the operation of the idler wheel. It ensures proper alignment of the tensioning mechanism, which directly translates to track longevity and reduces the risk of detracking (track throwing) during operation.

Technical Specification:

Total length: 136 mm.
Shaft diameter: 25 mm.
Securing: Cotter pin hole with a diameter of 8.8 mm.

Workshop Technical Advice: When replacing the shaft, always check the condition of the hole in the tensioner forks and the condition of the bushings in the idler wheel itself. If the shaft shows clear signs of wear or is bent, it can lead to uneven track tension. Remember to use a new cotter pin of the appropriate diameter (matching the 8.8 mm hole) to prevent the shaft from sliding out during vibrations typical of machine operation.
