Technical Advice: When replacing the idler wheel, check the technical condition of the entire track adjuster mechanism, especially the recoil spring and the grease cylinder. Worn adjuster seals can cause improper track tension, leading to accelerated wear of the 40mm wide idler teeth. It is recommended to regularly clean the area around the brackets of dried mud and stones to prevent the wheel from jamming and ensure even wear.
