JCB Idler Wheel Seal
Seal designed for idler wheels in the tracked undercarriages of JCB mini-excavators. This component is responsible for retaining lubricant inside the wheel hub and providing an effective barrier against mud, water, and sand entering the bearing system.

Technical Advice: During idler seal replacement, maintaining perfect cleanliness of the contact surfaces is critical. Even a tiny grain of sand left under the rubber ring can cause rapid oil leakage and wheel seizure. Before installation, check the condition of the hub seat and ensure the wheel axles do not show excessive wear. If oil leakage marks are visible on the side surfaces of the wheel, replacing the seal is mandatory to avoid costly repairs to the entire tensioning mechanism.
