Track tensioner grease valve by AZERI PARTS, designed for track tensioning systems in JCB machinery. This valve allows grease to be pumped into the adjuster cylinder to achieve correct track tension and enables controlled pressure release during service. It ensures complete sealing under extreme operating pressures.

Technical Advice (Safety): The track adjuster operates under immense pressure. When slackening the track, the valve must be unscrewed **very slowly** (maximum one or two turns) until grease begins to escape. Never fully unscrew or remove the valve while the system is under pressure, as it could be ejected with great force. Before pumping new grease, ensure the valve seat is cleaned of sand to avoid damaging the internal check ball.
