Nylon dipper arm bushing by AZERI PARTS, designed for the working systems of JCB mini excavators. The use of polymer (nylon) provides excellent self-lubricating properties, low weight, and the ability to dampen vibrations and impacts. This bushing is resistant to corrosion and chemical agents, making it an ideal solution for specific working conditions where friction reduction is required without the need for intensive lubrication of the steel connection.

Technical Advice: Nylon bushings are characterized by high durability but are sensitive to abrasive contaminants (sand, dust), which can "embed" into the material and scratch the pin. When installing a new bushing, ensure the pin is perfectly smooth and clean. Although nylon has self-lubricating properties, a small amount of dedicated grease during assembly can facilitate the seating of the component and further protect the pin against corrosion. Avoid using heavy mineral greases that could react with the plastic if the machine's manual prohibits it.
