JCB Steering Knuckle Mounting Washer – GMOVE

High-quality steering knuckle mounting washer by GMOVE, dedicated to heavy-duty JCB telescopic handlers. It is a key spacer and securing element in the steering knuckle system of the front drive axle. The washer is responsible for the proper distribution of pressure from the mounting bolts and the stabilization of the steering kingpin, which directly translates into steering precision and the operational safety of the machine under heavy loads.

A worn washer prevents the mounting bolts from being tightened with the correct torque, which quickly leads to the loosening of the entire knuckle and risks costly damage to the axle housing. We recommend cleaning the contact surfaces and using a torque wrench during installation.
