Rotary Coupling Seal Kit (fits JCB) - GMOVE 332/Z1705

Rotary coupling (center joint) repair kit by GMOVE. This product is dedicated to the comprehensive regeneration of the rotary column in JCB mini and midi excavators. Because this seals a hydraulic distributor (rather than a classic linear cylinder), the kit consists of specialized Teflon rings and O-rings resistant to continuous rotary movement. Thanks to the use of advanced GMOVE materials, this kit effectively eliminates leaks between the machine's superstructure and undercarriage (e.g., resolving issues with weakening tracking drive) and restores full system tightness.

Technical Advice: Rotary coupling seals are extremely sensitive to contamination and metal filings in the system. Before installing a new kit, the entire coupling core must be perfectly cleaned. Due to the stiffness of the Teflon rings, it is highly recommended to use mounting cones and gently heat them in hot water or oil – this will facilitate stretching and prevent permanent deformation or cracking when sliding them onto the channel grooves.
