JCB Engine Thermostat 4JG1 / 4JG2 - AZERI PARTS

Cooling system thermostat by AZERI PARTS, dedicated to ISUZU 4JG1 and 4JG2 engines used in JCB machinery. It regulates the coolant flow, opening at a temperature of approximately 82°C. It maintains the optimal operating temperature of the power unit, which prevents overheating and ensures efficient fuel combustion.

Opening Temperature: 82°C (ensures rapid attainment of operating temperature).
Application: Isuzu 4JG1, 4JG2 engines (naturally aspirated and turbocharged).

Technical Advice: A faulty thermostat can manifest as engine underheating (low RPM, high fuel consumption) or sudden overheating. When replacing the thermostat, it is always recommended to use a new housing gasket and check the condition of the water pump. Before installation, it is advisable to clean the thermostat seat of limescale deposits to ensure full system tightness. Remember to bleed the cooling system after replacement according to the JCB service manual.
