Description

JCB Pressure Test Point / Diagnostic Coupling 1/4" BSP

Male diagnostic coupling, designed for fast and safe pressure measurement in JCB hydraulic systems. The 1/4" BSP thread allows for installation in valve blocks, pumps, and control lines. The coupling enables connecting measuring equipment (pressure gauge) under pressure without needing to stop the system and without the risk of oil leaks.

Technical Advice: Before each connection of the test hose, thoroughly clean the coupling socket from dust and mud to avoid introducing contaminants into the hydraulic system. After completing measurements, ensure the protective cap is put on and tightened – this prevents corrosion of the internal check valve and protects against accidental leaks. When installing the coupling itself in the machine, it is worth checking the condition of the seal under the 1/4" thread to ensure full system tightness.
