Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kit 60mm / 120mm JCB - GMOVE 991/00158

Hydraulic cylinder repair kit by GMOVE. A product dedicated to the refurbishment of large-diameter cylinders in JCB machines. The kit fits cylinders with an internal bore diameter of 120 mm working with a rod diameter of 60 mm. Thanks to the use of advanced polymers and reinforced sealing rings, this kit performs perfectly in lift and extension cylinders, ensuring tightness.

Technical Tip: Cylinders with a 120 mm diameter generate immense forces. During disassembly of the gland (cylinder head), pay special attention to the condition of the thread and O-ring grooves. Even minor mechanical damage inside the cylinder can destroy the new piston seals. When installing onto the 60 mm rod, it is recommended to use protective sleeves on the thread to avoid damaging the wiper seal lips.
