JCB Cylinder Seal Kit (Boom / Dozer) - AZERI PARTS
Hydraulic seal kit by AZERI PARTS, dedicated to boom lift cylinders and dozer blade cylinders in JCB machinery. The set contains all necessary sealing elements: from dust wipers to reinforced piston and rod seals. Made from high-density polyurethane and NBR compounds, these seals feature excellent resistance to high operating pressures and fluctuating hydraulic oil temperatures.

Technical Advice: Before replacing the seals, thoroughly inspect the rod surface. Any scratches, pitting, or bending of the rod will cause immediate damage to the new sealing elements. During installation, we recommend using hydraulic oil as a lubricant and utilizing Teflon tape or specialized tools for fitting lip seals to avoid accidental nicks against the sharp edges of the gland.
