Workshop Tip: BOOM (arm lift) cylinders, due to their function, are extremely sensitive to dropping. If the machine's arm drops on its own and the control valve is functional, replacing the piston seals is an absolute necessity.

Before installing a new kit, always verify the condition of the rod surface and the inside of the cylinder. Scratches caused by contaminants in the system will instantly damage new seals. Install components using clean hydraulic oil to minimize the risk of rolling or nicking the seal lips when inserting the piston into the gland.
