Cylinder Seal Kit DIPPER 90x125mm (fits JCB) - GMOVE LQU0165
Complete OEM quality dipper (arm) cylinder seal kit by GMOVE. This repair pack has been designed specifically for medium-sized tracked and wheeled JCB JS-series excavators with a 125 mm cylinder bore (piston) diameter and a 90 mm piston rod diameter. Since the dipper cylinder is responsible for the arm's crowding movement and directly transfers massive breakout forces during excavation, utilizing GMOVE seals guarantees the restoration of factory operating dynamics, prevents arm drift under load, and effectively eliminates hydraulic oil leaks.
OEM Quality Standard: All seals included in the GMOVE kit are manufactured from advanced engineering polyurethanes (PU) and selected elastomers with increased resistance to friction, compression, and temperature. This ensures ideal sealing geometry for both the gland and piston, guaranteeing a longer service life under demanding construction and roadwork conditions.

Compatibility with JCB Machines:
| Machine Category | Series and Models |
| Tracked Excavators |
JS Series (Tracked): JS 160, JS 180 |
| Wheeled Excavators |
JS Series (Wheeled): JS 160 Wheeled, JS 175 Wheeled |
Workshop Tip: The dipper (arm) cylinder in JS 160 - JS 180 wheeled and tracked excavators performs extremely intensive, cyclic work. Rapid wear of the gland seals in these machines is most often caused by microscopic chips and scratches on the chromed surface of the piston rod, resulting from bucket impacts against payload or rocks.
Installation Instructions:
1. Before installing the new kit, thoroughly inspect the condition of the piston rod chrome along its entire length. Any longitudinal scratches will act like a file on the new gland seals, destroying them within a dozen or so operating hours.
2. It is recommended to gently warm the stiff Teflon (PTFE) rings for the 125 mm piston in a container of clean, warm hydraulic oil before stretching them. This will increase their flexibility and prevent cracking during installation.
3. Carry out the entire installation procedure in sterile conditions, and generously lubricate all seals with fresh hydraulic oil before the final insertion of the piston rod to prevent a "dry start" and seal lip rollover.
