JCB Quick Hitch Cylinder Gland Seal - AZERI PARTS
A hydraulic quick hitch cylinder gland seal by AZERI PARTS. Dedicated to JCB construction machinery. It effectively prevents hydraulic oil leaks to the outside of the cylinder and protects its interior from the ingress of dirt and dust from the environment.

Workshop Technical Advice: Replacing the gland seals requires maintaining high cleanliness. Before installing a new seal, carefully inspect the surface of the cylinder piston rod – any deep scratches, pitting, chipped chrome, or burrs will cause immediate damage to the new sealing lip (cutting the rubber/Teflon). Use clean hydraulic oil for assembly, absolutely avoiding pressing the seals in "dry". Pay special attention to the correct direction of the sealing lip relative to the direction of pressure thrust in the cylinder.
