Description

JCB Control Valve Teflon Ring - AZERI PARTS

Specialized slide-seal ring made of PTFE (Teflon). Manufacturer: AZERI PARTS. A dynamic sealing element used in the hydraulic control valve sections of JCB machines. It works directly with the control spools, providing minimum friction while maintaining maximum tightness under high pressure.

Technical Features:

  • Low Friction Coefficient Material: The use of high-quality Teflon (PTFE) eliminates the "stick-slip" phenomenon (vibrations when the spool starts moving), allowing for extremely precise and smooth control of the machine's hydraulic functions.
  • High Thermal and Chemical Resistance: The material remains stable across a wide range of hydraulic oil temperatures and is completely inert to aggressive additives found in modern working fluids.

Technical Advice: Teflon rings often work in conjunction with a rubber O-ring (energizer) mounted underneath them. During installation, take extreme care not to bend or nick the edges of the ring. Before fitting, it is recommended to gently warm the ring (e.g., in warm oil) to increase its flexibility and facilitate seating in the groove without the risk of permanent material deformation.
