Cylinder Seal Kit SWING / DIPPER 30x50mm (fits JCB) - GMOVE 231/35313
Complete hydraulic cylinder seal kit by GMOVE, featuring OEM quality. The product is designed for JCB mini and micro excavators. Depending on the specific model and attachment configuration, the kit perfectly fits the swing cylinder or the dipper arm cylinder (dipper cylinder) with a 30 mm piston rod diameter and a 50 mm cylinder bore (inner diameter). Applying this repair kit guarantees full system sealing, elimination of leaks, and the restoration of factory steering and operating precision.
OEM Quality Standard: GMOVE seals from this series are manufactured from advanced polyurethanes and elastomers, precisely according to JCB's original equipment (first-assembly) specifications. This ensures excellent resistance to high pressures, intense friction, and extreme temperature fluctuations, eliminating the risk of premature hardening or seal lip shearing.

Workshop Tip: Swing and dipper (arm) cylinders in micro and mini excavators perform the highest number of high-frequency dynamic movements. Play or slow drifting of the arm (or the swing post drifting on its own) is a clear sign of an internal bypass leak on the piston. During gland disassembly, strictly inspect the condition of the chromed surface of the piston rod. On Micro and 801X-sized machines, these rods easily suffer microscopic bends or scratches when working close to the excavation – damaged chrome will instantly tear the new wiper seal lip. Install all sealing elements in absolute cleanliness, pre-moistening them with fresh hydraulic oil, which will make sliding the gland on easier and prevent the rings from rolling over.
