Cylinder Seal Kit Dozer / Dipper 35x70mm (fits JCB) - GMOVE
High-quality, complete hydraulic cylinder seal kit by GMOVE. This pack is dedicated to JCB mini excavators and, depending on the exact specification and machine configuration, perfectly fits the blade cylinder (dozer cylinder) or the dipper arm cylinder (dipper cylinder) with working dimensions of 35x70 mm. Precisely selected components – including rod seals, piston seals, wiper seals, and wear rings – effectively eliminate external oil leaks, prevent attachment drift, and restore full hydraulic efficiency to the system.
OEM Quality Standard: The seals in this series are manufactured in compliance with identical technological standards as the factory-fitted components. The use of advanced polyurethane (PU) compounds and compression-resistant elastomers guarantees excellent flexibility, resistance to extreme operating temperatures, and trouble-free operation under high working system pressures.

Workshop Tip: In small machines (such as the 801, 802, or 803 series), both the dozer blade cylinder and the arm (dipper) cylinder are constantly exposed to harsh external conditions. The blade constantly wades through mud, stones, and earth, while the arm performs dynamic digging work under continuous load. Before starting the installation of the new seal kit, thoroughly check the condition of the chromed surface of the 35 mm piston rod. Any pitting, stone chips, or longitudinal scratches will instantly damage the lip of the new rod and wiper seal, leading to a recurring leak. Remember to install all seals "wet", generously moistening them with fresh, clean hydraulic oil right before pressing the gland back into the 70 mm cylinder.
