Technical Advice: When replacing loader section bushings, it is essential to thoroughly clean the housing bore in the arm of any old grease and metal shavings. It is recommended to replace seals (O-rings/scrapers) and check the condition of the pin – installing a new bushing on a worn pin will lead to a very rapid return of play. A properly seated bushing requires regular lubrication with Lithium EP (Extreme Pressure) grease according to the machine's operation manual.
