Axle Lock Ram Seal Kit (fits JCB) - GMOVE 6900/0451
High-quality axle lock seal kit (Kit-Seal, Axle Lock Ram) by GMOVE. This set is dedicated to JCB machinery. The kit is used for the comprehensive regeneration and restoration of factory tightness in the hydraulic cylinders responsible for axle locking and leveling. A fully functional axle lock system is crucial for maintaining machine stability during operation, ensuring full operator safety, and protecting the structure against uncontrolled tilting in rough terrain.
Leveling system reliability: The kit contains all necessary seals made from materials highly resistant to hydraulic pressure, friction, and the aggressive action of oil. Precise component fitment guarantees the long-lasting operation of the axle lock cylinders, even in extreme environmental conditions and under very heavy loads.

Workshop Tip: Leaks from the axle lock cylinders can lead to a drastic drop in system pressure and a dangerous loss of machine stability, which is critical especially when lifting heavy loads on uneven terrain.
Golden rules for seal replacement:
1. Absolute cleanliness: Before starting the assembly, ensure that the inside of the cylinder, gland, and piston rod are perfectly clean. Contaminants are the main reason for premature failures of new seals.
2. Surface verification: Always check the piston rod for scratches, corrosion pitting, or chrome chipping. Installing new seals on a damaged piston rod will cause them to be instantly cut and leak again.
3. Proper installation: Use dedicated tools (without sharp edges) to avoid deforming and damaging the lip seals during installation. Before fitting, gently lubricate all seals with clean hydraulic oil.
