Cylinder Seal Kit BUCKET 130x95mm (fits JCB) - GMOVE 903/21049
Complete OEM quality bucket cylinder seal kit by GMOVE. This repair pack is dedicated to heavy JCB JS-series tracked excavators with a 130 mm piston (cylinder bore) diameter and a 95 mm piston rod diameter. Since the bucket cylinder performs the most aggressive and dynamic work during soil cutting, utilizing GMOVE seals guarantees the restoration of factory bucket closing force, complete elimination of external leaks, and protection against pressure drops in the system.
OEM Quality Standard: These seals are manufactured from highly abrasion- and deformation-resistant polyurethanes (PU) and advanced elastomers. They ensure excellent tightness for both the gland and piston, withstanding extreme pressure spikes and intense operating temperature fluctuations typical of heavy demolition and earthmoving works.

Workshop Tip: The bucket cylinder in 22-26 ton class machines carries massive shock loads, especially when working in hard, rocky ground or when using a ripper tooth. The most common cause of seal damage in these models is microscopic bending of the piston rod or pitting caused by stone impacts.
Before installing the new kit, absolutely inspect the condition of the chrome along the entire length of the piston rod. Any scratch, chip, or waviness on the chrome will drastically shorten the lifespan of the new gland seal. When installing piston seals (for the 130 mm diameter), make sure not to fit them "dry" – generously lubricating them with clean hydraulic oil will prevent damage to the seal lips when sliding the piston back into the cylinder.
