Workshop Technical Advice: When replacing the cover, pay close attention to the breather's permeability. If the breather becomes clogged with mud or sand, the pressure increase within the heating final drive can push out seals and lead to oil leaks. During installation, always use a new gasket and ensure that the contact surface with the final drive housing is perfectly clean and free of burrs that could compromise the component's seal.
