JCB Swing Reduction Shaft Oil Seal (Simmering) 100x140x13mm
High-quality oil seal (simmering) for the main shaft of the swing reduction gearbox, dedicated to JCB machinery. This component is mounted on the swing gearbox shaft, where it is responsible for retaining oil within the housing and protecting the bearings from external contaminants such as dust, mud, and water. Workshop Technical Tip: A leak from the swing reduction shaft area is a signal for immediate seal replacement. Before installing the simmering, check the shaft for deep grooves or scoring where the sealing lip operates. If the surface is damaged, a new seal may not maintain a proper tight connection. We recommend lightly lubricating the sealing lip before seating it on the shaft to avoid damaging the rubber during the initial "dry start."
