When the cost of repairing a smashed final drive exceeds 60% of a new unit, we recommend replacing the entire assembly. We offer complete Dellar travel and slew drives. These are brand new units, made of hardened alloys, ready for installation in JCB JS series excavators (JS130, JS220, etc.). This is OEM quality at a price that keeps the repair profitable.

Gearbox Regeneration – Gears and Shafts

Hearing "cracking" noises from the track? It's often a broken tooth. We stock a full range of internal Azeri Parts components:

  • Drive Shafts: Transmit power from the hydraulic motor to the gearbox.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is a Floating Seal?

It is a specific duo-cone seal consisting of two metal rings and O-rings. It protects the final drive from mud and water ingress. It should be replaced every time the hub is dismantled.

Drive gets weak when hot – Gearbox or Motor?

If the problem worsens with temperature, the culprit is usually the hydraulic motor (hydraulic part), not the gearbox (mechanical part). We also offer spare parts for hydraulic motors.

Strange noises from the drive?

Don't wait until the wheel locks up. Grinding noises are the last warning to replace bearings or gears. Driving further will destroy the housing, drastically increasing repair costs.
