Even the smallest grain of sand entering the system while connecting the hoses can permanently scratch the piston surfaces in the motor, which will drastically reduce its power. After completing the installation and before fully loading the machine, we recommend performing several forward and backward travel cycles with the track raised to ensure that air has been completely removed from the system and that the lubrication within the gearbox is evenly distributed.
