Depending on the variability of manufacturing processes, individual pieces may show slightly higher or lower values, remaining within the expected range around the measured result.
Mounting Tip: The jaw cutting edge (the moving component of a combination bucket) is responsible for the tight and flush closure of the attachment. Before welding the new edge, it is absolutely essential to ensure that the moving jaw frame itself has not been warped or distorted. Welding 16 mm thick HARDOX 500 steel must be executed using low-hydrogen methods (such as MIG/MAG with argon shielding or basic electrodes). We highly recommend applying an alternating (step) welding sequence from the center outwards. This prevents local thermal stress accumulation and guarantees that the jaw will close perfectly and evenly against the bucket body after assembly.
