hardox bucket edge we offer guarantees the highest quality. The hardness value presented below was obtained from a single sample representing a given batch. Depending on the variability of manufacturing processes, individual pieces may show slightly higher or lower values, remaining within the expected range around the measured result.
Mounting Tip: The double-bevel profile allows the cutting edge to be reused – once one edge is worn out, simply unbolt it, rotate it 180 degrees, and bolt it back on. During installation, always clean the underside of the bucket lip from dirt, rust, and old debris so that the new cutting edge seats perfectly flat across the entire surface. Use only new plow bolts with a high hardness rating (minimum 10.9 or 12.9). After operating for the first few hours, we recommend checking and retightening the bolts, as the fasteners may slightly settle under vibration and work loads.
