Mounting Tip: Due to its extreme hardness and 20 mm thickness, HARDOX 500 steel requires appropriate welding technology. Thoroughly clean and bevel the joined edges of the bucket before mounting the blade. We recommend following proper welding sequences (e.g., step welding or from the center outwards) to minimize thermal stress and prevent the bucket lip from bending.
