Depending on the variability of manufacturing processes, individual pieces may show slightly higher or lower values, remaining within the expected range around the measured result.
Mounting Tip: The base cutting edge (for teeth) is a structural component that must be welded directly to the front loader bucket shell. Before starting any welding work, thoroughly align the element with the bucket structure and ensure the alignment of the holes. Due to the extreme hardness of HARDOX 500 steel and the 20 mm thickness, multi-layer welding with low-hydrogen consumables is strictly required. Apply an alternate (step) welding technique to prevent local shrinkage and bucket lip deformation. Once the structure cools down, mount the tooth adapters using only new bolts with a hardness rating of at least 10.9.
