Front bucket clam cutting edge (so-called multi-purpose / 6 in-1) by AM. Designed for direct welding into the moving part (clam/jaw) of the bucket in popular JCB backhoe loaders. The smooth profile without holes allows for the creation of a continuous, durable scraping edge, ideal for precise land leveling and scooping loose material.

Single-sided beveling (single-bevel profile) ensures appropriate edge sharpness, facilitating ground penetration, and the flat base offers a large contact surface for a solid weld-on installation into the clam structure.

Workshop Tip from hydroczesci.pl: Welding a long and relatively thin cutting edge (16 mm) into the bucket clam requires caution to avoid bending (warping) it under the influence of high temperatures. Always use the intermittent (skip) welding method, alternating between sides and allowing the material to dissipate heat evenly. Before welding, make sure that the base edge of the clam is perfectly straight and cleaned of old weld residues.
